Direct Support (DSP) Rehab Coordinator - FT
Easterseals, Mt. Vernon, IN
$14.00 per hour/ $1,000 Sign on Bonus
Basic Responsibilities:
A DSP/Rehab Coordinator is a Direct Support Professional who assists adults with disabilities working in our Mt. Vernon, IN work center. Work occurs in an industrial warehouse setting. Typical work hours for this position are 7am-4pm, M-F. Previous direct care experience and/or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Join us at Easterseals and help make a difference!

Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be reliable, motivated, compassionate
- Must have a high school diploma/GED or successfully complete a reading test
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds occasionally and 40 pounds routinely
- Must pass all background screenings, including police, driving, pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug screen
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting or operating a fork truck desired
- Prior direct care experience desired.
