Assistant Director of Finance – Boston - $95,000 - $110,000 + 10% bonus

As the Assistant Director of Finance, you’ll be overseeing every aspect of daily accounting including AP/AR & Payroll, managing the current team of 5 which is set to increase to 7 with the growth plans that are currently mapped out.
The DOF’s is looking for you to be her number two, stepping up and someone she can bounce ideas off.
They have great staff retention (this role is due to an internal promotion) and pride themselves in the partnership they have with employees putting their well-being first.
With your wealth of experience in hospitality and management, you’ll bring maturity into the team having developed the softer skills to operate in the “grey” being able to look further than just focussing on the numbers.
This will give you the ability to build the key relationships across different operational departments that are needed to continually drive the business forward.
It’s forward-facing role with a lot going on so you’ll need to be onsite 100% of time with the exception of the potential for 1 day a week working remotely but, this gives you the opportunity to work a traditional Monday – Friday schedule with the benefits of working in a fun and vibrant culture that comes with the hospitality industry.
