The Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plazais currently seeking an energetic and detail oriented candidates with leadership skills for our Director of Housekeeping position who have a true passion for the hospitality industry to join our TEAM!
As Director of Housekeeping, you will mentor our hard working and exceptional housekeeping TEAM to ensure extraordinary customer satisfaction for our guests when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance of rooms. You will also work closely with the Director of Operations and General Manager.
As Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
Prior work experience, or similar role (2+ years) is required and bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus!
