Job Description

The Director of IT is the primary leader of information technology (IT) services and functions at Integrated. As an embedded member of the local operations teams at Integrated, the incumbent provides day to day leadership of IT resources, services, and projects. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this position is an important role in ensuring the standards and seamless interactions between staff and clients as well as satisfaction.

The Director of IT, operating with a high degree of autonomy, oversees through peer and subordinate Managers the accountability and stewardship of department resources and the development of systems and procedures to protect organizational assets. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to bring forward and apply the standards of IT operations, security, governance, external IT partner services, and technology where appropriate.

  • Provides basic IT hardware and software support for Denver Health staff over the phone, via email, and in person. Supported hardware includes desktop computers and peripherals, laptops, multifunction printer/copy/fax machines, etc. Supported applications includes Reliatrax, RXNT (electronic health record systems), Microsoft Windows and Office products, and various other business and clinical applications.
  • Establish and assign responsibilities for the administrative processes required to support selection, contracting, acquisition, payment and management of IT vendors and partners.
  • Implement a tracking system for all hardware and software for employees.
  • Troubleshoot issues remotely using various remote access applications as well as onsite when needed.
  • Reviews status of information technology operations and projects and prepares recommendations for new systems or improvements.
  • Develop and support culture of Service Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing an information technology organization.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate individuals with different professional training, skill sets and personalities, across teams, and regardless of relative rank or status, in order to execute complex, impactful projects and initiatives in a collaborative manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the design of workflow processes integrated with automated systems.

Wage

  • Based on a 40-hr. work week. Additional program differentials may increase your base wage range.
  • $100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
