Are you an RN with Director of Nursing experience? Or are you an RN who has long term care experience and would like to move into a Director of Nursing Position?
Saline Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is a beautifully remodeled skilled nursing facility that is looking for the person that will fit into this leadership role. Support and Training are offered to the DON by our Regional Clinical Nurse Consultant. We offer long term care, short term rehab to home services and respite care. Our team of staff work very closely together to support the needs of residents and peers.
Responsibilities include:
- Clinical Direction and Oversight of all nursing department operations;
- Staffing and scheduling;
- Inventory Management and ordering supplies based on needs/budget;
- Promotion of a positive work environment while providing excellent leadership to staff;
- Other duties as assigned and necessary.

Wage is negotiable based on experience. This position does currently offer a $15,000 Sign On Bonus
