Sage Specialty and Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital is currently seeking a Director of Outpatient Therapy Services to join our team in Lafayette, LA!
Sage Specialty and Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital is one of Lafayette’s premier rehab facilities, offering intensive and goal-directed programs to guide patients along an individualized treatment pathway designed to maximize functional independence.
The Director of Outpatient Therapy Services is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of Outpatient Services and for the ongoing assessment and improvement of Outpatient Services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Services, Social Worker, and clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Louisiana
- Current Basic Life Support / CPR card
- 3 years of progressive management experience in healthcare or a master's degree in healthcare or business administration
- Effective management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
