Introduction to Shield AI

As a Director of Planning Operations, you will manage the planning team, including standing up and maintaining processes and policies to improve department effectiveness, such as a cross functional SIOP process that interfaces directly to the executive team.
Projects that you might work on:
- Refine and run a SIOP process, to include briefing and facilitating decision meetings with the executive team
- Establish planning process for new production process
Required qualifications:
- Experience building and leading a high performing team
- Experience planning production for a complex technology
- Experience problem solving complex operational issues
- Experience working with a global supply chain
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in aerospace production
- Experience working at a startup
- Experience standing up a SIOP process
- Experience building a new production planning process from ideation through implementation

Salary Range: $140,525- $224,475 Annually + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
