*Director of Sales and Marketing - Life Plan Communities*
Now that I have your attention (Hello there, Sales peeps!), Let me share the details! A National senior living organization is looking for an EXPERIENCED Life Plan Sales Director to lead their sales team to greater heights. This particular opportunity is located in Clearwater, Florida, and boasts resort-style living at it's finest! "What is a Life Plan community?", you ask? A Life Plan community is another name for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), offering several levels of continuing care at one location, to best enable a resident to "age in place".

Key Qualifications required:

  • 2+ years sales in an ENTRY FEE senior living community
  • Measurable success, specifically outlined on resume
  • Passion for senior demographic and customer service
  • Prior experience leading a sales team

As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will have responsibility over coaching and hands-on training of a sales team that is focused on selling Independent Living/Life Plan options to potential residents. Strong Regional and National support within the organization to allow the sales director to be part of a much bigger team, while making a difference on a local basis. Internal advancement opportunities exist for individuals that are passionate about excelling in their role!
