The Director of Training and Operations Services will create a vision of training and development for the brand. Will direct and lead field training development strategies, programs, curriculum and learning systems for company owned and franchised Golden Chick locations to ensure consistent and effective implementation of training standards across the brand.

Responsibilities

Create processes and training materials for new menu rollout, recipe changes and handling procedures.

Direct field training delivery implementation and execution of training programs using a blended learning process.

Leads a training team to support new store openings.

Implement training aspects of new store openings leading up to opening day and beyond

Manage training schedules for stores.

Partner with operation leaders to assess and improve/design training needs.

Collaborate with different corporate departments within the company to offer training solutions.

Designs career ladder and development programs for restaurant employees

Education and Experience Requirements

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

10 years experience in Operations and Training with supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of both

Skills and abilities

Must be willing to travel 25-30%

Innovative and creative

Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

Build relationships with variety of skill sets

Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; able to lead instruction for a wide range of audiences

Strong Organizational and Planning Skills

Able to function effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related presentation tools
