What are we looking for?
As a reflection of our continued growth, we are pleased to offer this opportunity to join Chapter as Director of Talent Acquisition. This role will report into the VP, Talent Acquisition at The Aspen Group – and will be part of a Talent Acquisition Leadership team; formed of leaders from across our brands and recruiting Centers of Excellence.
This highly visible and critical role is directly responsible for developing, implementing, and driving Talent Acquisition strategies. This role is a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on expertise.
You will fortify a highly successful recruitment team that supports the acquisition aesthetic providers within the organization. This includes providers, clinical support teams, general management leaders and entry level service teams. You will develop a team structure and nurture and challenge a team that is knowledgeable and well respected within our organization, and our industry.
With a solid strategy in place, you’ll support the evaluation and enhancement of processes that touch all channels of recruitment across the organization. Included in this are brand awareness, messaging, marketing, recruiter effectiveness, and collaboration with operational and departmental leadership.

How will you contribute towards the success of Chapter?
- Implements a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for identifying providers, support teams, general management leaders and entry level service teams.
- Further build and develop a team of recruiting professionals, providing overall direction and management for full-cycle recruitment strategy, staffing best practices, systems and technology. Identifies an efficient talent acquisition organizational structure and develops A+ recruiting talent.
- Enhances the visibility and reputation of the organization in key recruiting markets and continues to position the company as an employer of choice
- Serves as an advisor to leadership, enlisting support from the businesses for talent attraction, and networking as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Develops, implements and reports on metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of initiatives and programs, and of the team, to support the enterprise’s goals and objectives
- Identifies, implements and monitors best practices related to staffing to increase recruiting efficiency and quality, while decreasing costs and cycle-time to fill
- Manages the use of assessment tools in the talent acquisition process
- Collaborates with the wider TAG Talent Acquisition community to leverage Centers of Excellence and peer knowledge.
- Works with the business to design and implement staffing plans and programs to determine the optimal mix of internal and external staffing activity
- Fosters working relationships with external thought leaders in the Talent Acquisition Space.
- Is a social media recruiting expert and is abreast with latest innovations? Can use organic and paid social methods to engage with, nurture and acquire the best talent.
- Evaluates current state processes, policies and procedures in order to drive improvements
- Develops training programs for hiring managers, candidates and recruiters designed to improve recruiting and staffing efficiencies and reduce turnover.
Do you have what it takes?
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with proven success in leading the recruitment function and managing a diverse team in a large multisite organization – Experience within aesthetics or similar considered advantageous.
- Social recruiting: Understanding of how to use engage with our communities to ensure they know what life at Chapter is like and aware of our growth story and job opportunities.
- Data, analytics and insight savvy. Can use data and metrics to measure a team’s performance and can report success and progress using data.
- Deep knowledge of TA tools and systems – is familiar with systems changes, rollouts and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience working with all management levels, resulting in exceptional customer service and client relationships/
- Flexible and adaptive that can work well in a fast-paced organization that is in ‘hyper-growth’ or ‘start up’ mode.
- Is innovative and creative when it comes to recruiting. Enjoys experimenting with new ways of engaging with talent.
