feast is a full-service, from scratch restaurant located at 5513 William Flinn Highway in Gibsonia, PA. Our cuisine is seasonal modern American with an emphasis on local ingredients and global flavors. The beverage program features products from PA distilleries and breweries.
We are looking for focused, hard-working people to join the feast family as our back of house staff. As our dishwasher, you will be an integral team member contributing to the efficiency, cleanliness, and safety of the kitchen. There is also the opportunity to train in kitchen prep and cooking, depending upon career goals. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Set up and maintain dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
● Properly wash/stack/store dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
● Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized.
● Maintain clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
● Empty trash cans, during and at the end of shift
● Process cardboard waste during and at the end of shift according to recycling protocols
● Clean and sanitize sinks, dish machine, and kitchen equipment as needed.
● Mop back of house floors as needed during and at the end of shift
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● At least 18 years old
● At least 6 months restaurant experience preferred
● ●Able to work in high temperatures and interact with hot water
● Able to stand for long hours, bend, stretch, and lift up to 25 lbs
● Reliable transportation
● Reliable means of daily communication
Pay Rate: Starting $14/hour
Dress Requirements: Non-slip black shoes, black pants, and black shirts
Work Hours: Full and part time positions available.
Our opening operating hours will be:
● Wednesday, Thursday 5 – 9 pm
● Friday, Saturday 5 – 10 pm
● Sunday 11am – 2 pm
Shifts typically start one hour prior to opening and end within one hour after closing, however this can vary. Hours of operation are subject to change.
