Kitchen Staff/Dishwasher

Kitchen Staff/Dishwasher Job Functions
- Gather all soiled wares as needed.
- Sanitize all pots, pans, equipment, dishware, glassware, flatware, and storage areas as directed by cooks and supervisors.
- Put away all clean wares.
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation techniques.
- Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
- Assist with Dining Services delivery to residents.
- Assist with food preparation as needed including washing, cutting, preparing and clean up.
- Receive and stock deliveries
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and smile while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work individually and as a team.
- Ability to be able to work on your feet and lift routine kitchen/food boxes, tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above.
Job Requirements:
- Vaccinated for COVID-19 (must have first dose prior to starting)
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card
- Current TB test (available on-site)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Shifts available:
These are Full-Time position working day hours. Days of the week will be discussed during interview.
