Kitchen Staff/Dishwasher

Kitchen Staff/Dishwasher Job Functions

• Gather all soiled wares as needed.
• Sanitize all pots, pans, equipment, dishware, glassware, flatware, and storage areas as directed by cooks and supervisors.
• Put away all clean wares.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation techniques.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Assist with Dining Services delivery to residents.
• Assist with food preparation as needed including washing, cutting, preparing and clean up.
• Receive and stock deliveries

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and smile while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work individually and as a team.
• Ability to be able to work on your feet and lift routine kitchen/food boxes, tools and equipment
• Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above.

Job Requirements:

• Vaccinated for COVID-19 (must have first dose prior to starting)
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card
• Current TB test (available on-site)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Shifts available:

These are Full-Time position working day hours. Days of the week will be discussed during interview.
