Join the Red Stag Pub team!
We are looking for a motivated and self driven individual to join our team at McCarthy's Red Stag Pub and Whiskey Bar in Bethlehem, PA. Our open position is for a Dishwasher and Busser or as we like to call it, sanitation coordinator.
Washing dishes at a professional level is different than washing them in your own kitchen. This position is extremely important to maintain our highest level of sanitization and cleanliness. The position of Dishwasher and Busser, or Sanitation Coordinator is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen and overall restaurant has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses as well as clearing tables to keep the customer experience at it's highest level.
In addition this position may also assist with:
- Prep work
- Taking garbage and trash to dumpster area
- Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
- Assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
- Nights and weekend availability are required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Our restaurant takes additional precautions resulting from COVID-19 including sanitization and washing areas throughout the restaurant, consistent sanitizing of dining areas as well as optional masks for staff.
