WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS A DISPATCH - CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE ENTAIL?

As a Dispatch - Call Center Representative, you act as the friendly voice of our company, providing information and resolving any issues with ease. Each day, you handle a high volume of calls, and as you do so, you generate sales leads and build firm relationships through your excellent customer service. You also take the time to understand our customers' needs, which means that you prioritize urgent calls and provide accurate information each time. With every interaction, you maintain detailed records so that we can keep up to date with each of our clients. At the end of the day, you feel a sense of accomplishment, knowing that you've helped customers and provided excellent customer service!

IS THIS THE PERFECT JOB FOR YOU?

We need someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service or client services experience
  • Strong phone and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Experience with Service Titan would be a plus.)

Possession of a driver's license is preferred, and we also need an individual who possesses these ideal qualities and traits:

  • Great communication skills
  • Organized and efficient
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented
