MISSION
We are actively looking for a dynamic Dispatcher (Full-Time) to assist in the execution of functions to support our ambitious client support plans in the USA.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Responds, under supervision of the Senior Coordinator to customer inquiries and provides professional advice;
  • Ensures accurate and consistent work procedures and work forms through the validation of all current procedures; and if required, by developing, validating and implementing new procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensures that the operational needs are met and advises the Senior Coordinator and/or Operations Coordinator of any discrepancies.
  • Assigns, in conjunction with the Senior Operations Coordinator and/or International Operations Manager the inspector(s) to the job, taking into account the technical level of the inspector(s);
  • Assists the Quality Manager with Quality Management System related tasks including (but not necessarily limited to) internal audits
  • Keeps in contact with the field/lab to continually update the customer on the satisfactory progress of the job;
  • Immediately contacts management in case of real or perceived nonconforming problem(s);
  • Reviews the field reports and in case of errors, revises the data according to the Compliance rules of the company;
  • Prepares Customer Reports and/or Certificates, and Invoices for approval by the Operations Manager,
  • Identify, record and correct nonconformities on Improvement Request forms;
  • Know the quality tools available on the Intranet (QMS site)
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience/exposure to international logistics.
  • Background in project management and innovation a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to perform various administrative duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Ability to promote a compassionate, caring, customer service-oriented culture by operating in a professional and collaborative fashion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
