ProSource Technologies, LLC, a leader in the right of way, acquisition, and relocation industry, is searching for Title Agents. Headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, ProSource is poised for expansion and growth in 2022. We are seeking qualified Title Agents for
potential project based work in the
Illinois and Iowa area. These are short and long term projects. Our clients are looking for local agents in the Illinois and Iowa market.
Our Title Agents are primarily responsible to assist in landowner and permit agency negotiations for the acquisition of real estate right of way. Duties include:
- Conduct title abstracting in court houses
- Project maintenance while building and maintaining strong client/property owner relations
- Interpret detailed plans, profiles, cross sections and proper descriptions
- Oversight of property leases
- Provide technical information to owners, local officials, private agencies and the public
- Contact with property owners for survey activities/permissions
Position Requirements:
Title Agent candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, preferred bachelor degree with course work in engineering, public relations, legal or real estate, and/or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate, property management and/or property administration.
- Demonstrated good judgement and decision making skills
- Good interpersonal skills building and engaging rapport with internal and external clients along with the ability to resolve problematic resolution issues quickly and efficiently
- Good written and verbal communication skills to all levels across the company and external clients including the ability to write clearly and succinctly and in a manner that is clear to a wide audience
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex detailed data including legal descriptions, appraisals and engineering maps/drawings
- Positive can-do attitude and resolution orientation and willingness to engage in collaborative process
- Self-directed, ability to set and meet project goals and objectives and work within defined budgets
