Yupana is currently seeking a Driver that will also help with business-related errands. The prospective candidate will deliver material and equipment to sites to support our teams. This position requires a self-motivated person who is mechanically inclined, a good communicator, and able to operate our company vehicles safely while handling multiple duties with ease and confidence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transporting material and equipment from one location to another
• Responsible for loading and unloading deliveries from the origin to the destination
• Responsible to assist with operational errands
• Implementation/adherence to Yupana process/procedures
• Perform other fieldwork, testing, and reporting as required
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:

• Valid Drivers license
• Proof of clean DMV records and a current California Driver's License
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Knowledge of proper load securement
• This is a physical job and you must be fit
• Able to lift heavy loads, on occasion repeatedly
• Capable of bending, crouching, and squatting for extended periods, and working in extreme environments; dusty, hot, cold, wind, rain
• Highly motivated individual, who is ready to accept challenges, continually learn, and help others
• Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple assignments; exercise good judgment in performing these tasks and complete them in a prompt and efficient manner
• Self-starter able to work in unsupervised environments, and dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication, ability to communicate with all stakeholders at the required level
