Aire Ancient Baths is a luxury bath house center located in TriBeCa. We are seeking a Laundry Attendant/Driver to assist in the laundry day to day operations and laundry deliveries to and from the spa.

The role:

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Wash and dry used textiles (including robes, towels, swimsuits, water shoes, sheets, etc.) according to direction and machine requirements
• Fold clean laundry according to company protocol
• Retrieve used laundry and to distribute clean materials
• Clean assigned areas of the center (including floors, walls, furniture, trash, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Non-CDL Driver Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Hauling Linens, Towels, and supplies
• Assist with loading and unloading
• Keep equipment clean and presentable
• Other driving related duties as assigned

Who you are:

• Prior experience in a housekeeping, spa or hospitality business is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is also a plus, not required.
• You are completely customer-oriented, and you have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 25lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, and continuously perform essential job functions for an extended period of time.
• Must have a (clean) valid driver's license, required.
• Must have experience driving sprinter vans/trucks, required
• Possess a strong customer service mentality. Display a friendly, energetic, outgoing and personable demeanor.
