As a Direct Support Professional, you will be providing direct support to a 28 year old individual who wants someone to help her broaden her horizons and assist with community involvement. You will also have the opportunity to assist with activities such as walking and other exercises.

Part time Hours

-Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12:00pm-3:00pm

-$18-$20 per/hr based on experience

Experienced staff will:

-Participate in person centered growth and development based on the client’s goals.

-Be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive daily activities.

-Be social and outgoing.

-Experience with periodic agitation.

-Patient, observant, attuned to behavior, able to anticipate challenges coming and redirect ahead of time.

-Give feedback on the individual's performance in accomplishing goals and objectives of the Individualized Support Plan (ISP).

-Training individualized to the client will be provided.

Requirements:

-Highschool diploma or equivalent

-Have at least 2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional or equivalent.

-Be 21 years of age or older.

-Have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.

-Covid Vaccination or willing to be vaccinated

-Willing to wear a mask during shift
