JOB SUMMARY

As an Order Coordinator - Ecommerce, you are responsible for preparing orders for shipping & ensuring our customers enjoy the WOW factor when receiving their order. Your role is essential to the client experience.

You'll be responsible for preparing daily orders for Ecommerce fulfillment. You need to be detail-oriented, well-organized, work quickly, be agile, and proactively problem solve. You will use systems such as Commerce Hub for generating shipment labels, order paperwork, and work with our team to ensure proper inventory is picked and shipped.

SHIFT

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfillment of daily orders including generating shipping labels, order paperwork, picking merchandise, labeling boxes & shipping orders
• You will monitor open orders, intervening as necessary to correct problems and ensure that customers receive appropriate product
• Resolve customer issues with amicable solutions
• Expedite aged orders to improve the speed to ship to our customers
• Perform cycle counting and reconcile problems with operations
• Participating in other warehouse support functions as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong organization & time management Skills
• Strong problem solving & independent decision-making skills
• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Be proficient with handheld devices
• Ability to prioritize task and communicate and present information to customers, peers, and all levels of management
• Knowledge of shipping and transportation methods and rates
• MS Office, UPS FedEx, and EDI experience preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma required
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in customer service, warehouse, order fulfillment preferred
• Minimum 3-5 tears if experience with UPS/FedEX or other shipping systems preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and moving boxes and constant moving and standing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
