Job summary

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of overall experience.
• Strong experience in FileNet version 5.2+,Cativa
• Must have hands on Experience with Installation and Configuration of ECM tools (CMOD/FileNet/Captiva.)
• Should be able to Create/Amend/Promote/Maintain the CMOD V 10.5components
• Working knowledge on FileNet CE/PE Api's
• A mix of development and administration skills in CMOD/Filenet/Captiva will get preference.
• Excellent Infra troubleshooting skills.
• Architecture best Practices governance
• Good Experience on working on L3 Support and able to handle customer queries
• Experience of Migration of Platforms from On-premise to Cloud, preferable in GCP.
• Good Interpersonal skills and Good Communication Skills – talking to stakeholders, clarifying requirements, articulating design options

Roles/Responsibilities

• Responsible for Installation, Configuration and upgradeof ECM tools (CMOD/Filenet/Captiva.)
• Responseible for troubleshotting all ECM infra related issues
• Monitoring these operating environments.
• Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
• Providing training and support.
• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
• Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $58.00 - $63.00 per hour
