E-commerce Loyalty Coordinator (Email Marketing & Copywriting Focus)

Be part of our successful development and growth story. As our operations are continuously growing, we are now looking for an e-Commerce Loyalty Coordinator with a focus on email/SMS marketing and copywriting.

The e-Commerce Loyalty Coordinator will be a part of the North American team, to drive e-commerce growth and sales for Reima North America.

Your main responsibilities will be to increase sales by:

Managing & executing all email/SMS marketing, loyalty program, and copywriting for marketing and our US & Canadian websites

Email marketing

  • Managing the email marketing calendar
  • Creating/testing/optimizing broadcast emails and automated flows
  • Email list segmentation
  • Zero party data collection & personalization
  • Consistently A/B testing and optimizing
  • Performance reporting
  • Coming up with new ideas to continue improving the communications with our leads/customers

SMS/MMS

  • Build out, manage and execute all SMS/MMS marketing
  • Test/optimize campaigns
  • Build loyalty through SMS/MMS

Website copywriting, including but not limited to:

  • Landing pages for marketing
  • Collection pages
  • Hero banners
  • Blogs for SEO

List Building

  • Manage website popups to increase subscriber list and zero party data for personalization

Managing Loyalty Program

  • Track CLV and come up with ideas to increase purchase frequency
  • Manage Yotpo and respond to product & site reviews
  • Report on Loyalty projects to our HQ partners
  • Help build our community to support parents in getting their kids outdoors
  • Implementing SEO tactics through updating/adding content and improving customer experience on our website to improve organic results

Helping the eCommerce Coordinator as needed with auditing products, tagging, landing page creation, and planning/executing promotions.

Other projects assigned.

In this role you will report to the eCommerce Manager and work very closely with our whole North America team, and our teams in our headquarters located in Vantaa, Finland.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of email marketing & copywriting experience – including a proven track record of increase sales through email and optimizing campaigns
  • SMS marketing is a plus
  • Strong analytical approach with understanding of basic website & retail analytics
  • Experience with Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Ometria (or other Email Service Providers), Canva or Photoshop
  • 1+ years’ work experience in an e-commerce role with focus on direct-to-consumer sales through a branded website is strongly preferred
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus

Location:

  • Eligible to work in the United States is required
  • Located in Denver is preferred
  • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time is required
