About the EHR Practice Associate Role

The EHR Practice Associate plays a critical role in ensuring prospective candidates meet Pivot Point's standards for quality, culture, and high-level consulting abilities. You will oversee the screening and placement processes within your practice and build relationships across our consulting community. You will also coordinate with multiple areas of the company, including Talent Solutions, Business Development and Engagement Management to ensure exceptional quality. EHR Practice Associates will be able to manage multiple priorities and dynamically adapt to the needs of our consultants and customers.

Key Responsibilities

The EHR Practice Associate's primary responsibilities are finding the right candidates for the right roles for our customers. You'll be involved in technical screenings and interviews, consultant evaluations and . In addition, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Evaluating candidates' technical and consulting abilities through various mechanisms including interviews, resumes and references
  • Reviewing open opportunities within your Practice's specialized areas to determine and prioritize potential candidate submissions
  • Collaborating with Practice leaders, Business Development and other members of the organization to determine required skillsets for openings and determining the best candidates who match those criteria
  • Providing counsel and recommendations throughout the entire talent acquisition process on candidate assessment and selection, offer recommendations and other guidance as necessary
  • Working with candidates to update their resumes with relevant experience, summarizing their top qualities relative to the role they are being presented for, and converting their resume into Pivot Point's branded template
  • Coordinating with on recruiting efforts and targeted pipelining activities

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of consulting or consultant management experience within the EHR space
  • Certifications in EHR software applications (g., Epic, Cerner, etc.) with direct experience in delivery as an analyst, project manager, team lead, or SME
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and rapport with candidates to expand our candidate pipelines
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and capabilities of managing candidates throughout the recruitment, hiring, redeployment and roll-off processes
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and/or confidential situations with ease and professionalism
  • Strong time management and analytical skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
  • High energy and enthusiasm for building teams and ability to work in time-sensitive environments
  • Innovative, process-oriented and willing to learn new technologies
  • Passionate about and protective of the client experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Teams
  • Experience managing candidate details in CRM or ATS technologies preferred
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $125,000 - $175,000. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
