Looking for an opportunity with a growing company? Wayne J. Griffin Electric Inc., a leading merit shop electrical contractor, is seeking electrical apprentices for exciting opportunities to work on projects located in the Tuscaloosa AL area.

Apprentices: Apprentices: A minimum of six (6) months of electrical and / or construction experience. High School diploma (or equivalent), Vocational HS or experience.

We offer a FREE in-house Federal Bureau Apprenticeship Training Program, which is accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and designated as an approved training site by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Apprentices benefit from on-the-job learning, where they earn a Federal Posted competitive wage while gaining practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed journeyperson. Progressive hourly pay increases every six (6) months as a registered apprentice with the state of Alabama.

Per Diem or Travel relocation/ assistance available for commutes over 1 hour and 15 minutes
