Our employees are actively involved in the design, engineering and manufacture of technologically advanced medical devices that ensure that we meet our customer’s quality specifications for each product we produce.Summary: Reporting to the Commercial Team, the Enterprise Account Manager coordinates with each manufacturing site to be the primary Project, Meeting, and Contact Point for key customer accounts. This position supports Enterprise Sales Directors via information gathering across all Avalign sites and is the initial escalation point for key customers and Avalign manufacturing sites for Procurement, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, and Project Teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Serve as a strategic customer service partner and single service contact point for key customers. Partner with Enterprise Sales Directors to organize and lead Customer cadences.
- Coordinate with Avalign manufacturing sites to ensure KPIs are clear and help drive action items toward completion.
- Drive monthly review/weekly meeting/daily execution mechanism with buyers and planners of the key customers.
- For weekly meetings, review with customers on open order status reports, identify delivery priority, and coordinate with production sites to resolve any issues.
- Assist Enterprise Sales Directors to align on key actions and priorities from the customers.
- Serve as liaison between customer and Avalign teams (customer service, engineering, quality, finance, and operations) help Avalign sites achieve contract KPI’s.
- Execute mutually developed strategies to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, reduce A/R, PO and other discrepancies to deliver collective value.
Qualifications:
- 4-year Degree required, preferred in related fields
- At least 3-years of experience in a customer-facing position
- Previous experience in Medical device industry; contract manufacturing preferred
- Work well across all levels and functions of the organization. Skilled at matrix management
- Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across multi-disciplinary business and functions
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer First approach; ambassador for customer inside of the ATI.
