Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and building enterprise mobility solution partnerships.
  • Experience with sales management, business development, or partner management in an internet, software platform, or consumer electronics company.
  • Experience in sales, developing sales funnels, and managing commercial agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing enterprise account strategies and developing business growth opportunities, collaborating with customers to maximize business results and open opportunities.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare, Construction, Media, Entertainment, Technology, Transportation, Distribution, or Logistics.
  • Experience with enterprise account business plan development and execution, including closing business agreements.
  • Experience in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) enterprise sales roles.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and the related B2B ecosystem with respect to Android and Cloud.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical skills, business judgment, and thought leadership.

About the job

The Devices and Services Enterprise team focuses on Google-branded hardware and services across product categories. Our team is responsible for managing partnerships with enterprise accounts, including negotiating commercial terms, managing channel fulfillment options, marketing, post sale support, and overall market share goals.

As an Enterprise Accounts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our hardware sales partnerships. You will develop the business strategy for existing hardware, managing purchase and promotion agreements, handling end-of-life offers to enterprises, and lead business performance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$188,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, business development, and forecasting to achieve goals by leading enterprise customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer objections, and develop the strategy to resolve blockers.
  • Manage a multi-quarter forecast and sales plan with accounts spanning from enterprise to public sector.
  • Oversee all aspects of transactions involving contract terms and pricing.
  • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, growth plan, technology strategy, and external landscape.
