Job Description: The role of the Business Development Associate encompasses a variety of tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Business Development Associate is required to research and develop new prospects and leads; understand and know the new developments for the product line; maintain relations with existing clients, assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other relevant documents; manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines; provide support for customer services; and assist the technical sales manager.


Qualifications:

Education

· University Level

Skills

· Proficiency in Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

· Bi-lingual (English and at least conversational level Korean) preferred

· Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients

· Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products

· Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients

· Achievement-motivated to work with eZRobotics USA, Inc. to set and surpass realistic goals

Working Conditions:

· Office Environment

· Possibility of Travel (e.g. Meeting Clients, Providing Customer Support)

Work Hours:

· 8-Hour Work Shift with 1 Hour Lunch

· 8:00AM to 5:00PM

· Monday to Friday
