City Wide St. Louis, a finalist in "Best Places to Work STL 2023" is looking for the right person to help engage prospective clients by setting high quality appointments for our Sales team.

Here is what you will be doing on a daily and weekly basis:

  • Identify sales targets by making phone calls and sending emails to prospective clients
  • Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Great! If you enjoy social media and marketing, even better!
  • Use your creativity to schedule appointments with prospects, communicate with lost accounts to try and get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.
  • Assist and manage marketing vendors and collaborate on company's digital presence.
  • Hit weekly and monthly sales metrics/goals in efforts to schedule qualified appointments for the Sales team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers
  • Maintain call and email quality expectations
  • Manage and update the CRM database

Requirements:

  • 1 year outbound sales prospecting experience preferred but will train the right candidate
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Highly organized and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Salesforce experience helpful

City Wide offers an attractive compensation package including:

  • Salary of $45-52K plus uncapped commission (full compensation $60,000 - $65,000 year one)
