Busy and Inspiring Beauty School hiring Night and weekend Esthetic Course Instructors

Mission Statement

The Ann Webb Skin Institute is dedicated to creating leaders in the Esthetics field by providing an exceptional education and a friendly, upbeat environment in which students can hone real-world skills. Our students go far beyond the basics, with an education taught entirely by working professionals in the Esthetics field. We focus on medical esthetics and laser technology to give students the skills they need to make a real change in clients' skin. Students may choose from the following courses: Esthetics, Eyelash Extensions, Cosmetology, and Instructor Certifications. We also offer advanced training for those who are already licensed. Our goal is to empower students to take charge of their career, excel in their field, and become a positive influence in their community.

2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Optional part time Schedules below:

1. Part time Esthetics Instructor 26.5 Hours

Monday - Thursday night 4-9:30pm (5.5 hours)

2. Part time Weekend Eyelash Instructor 320 course (24 hours)

Friday-Sunday Day 8:30-4:30pm (8 hours each day)

3. Other schedules will be considered after discussion with candidate

Instructors are the heart of our school. They educate and inspire on a daily basis. In many cases, they change the lives of their students. They are often remembered fondly by their students.

They are responsible for (but not limited to) the following :

learning and adapting the course curriculum

teaching students various esthetics skills

administering tests and grading work

mentoring students

TDLR compliance competency

Arriving on time and being prepared for all classes

Some student discipline

Requirements:

A Texas state esthetician or cosmetology license

Training in Esthetics

1 year of experience in the field seeing clients

A valid Texas photo id

Reliable Transportation

Friendly and Patient Demeanor

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Computer literacy in google drive, email, google classroom, google drive, powerpoint.
