If you are an Estimator with experience, please read on!
We are a licensed General Contractor specializing in ground-up and tenant improvement general contracting for commercial, office, multi-family, and industrial buildings throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. We're looking to add an Estimator to the team that can lead the preconstruction process. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, we would like to speak with you!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Stipulated Price, Design-Build, and Construction/Project Management formatted projects
  • Develop clear and accurate scope documents for Design/Build projects
  • Organize sub-contractors' quotes, negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract documents, and issue properly documented purchase orders
  • Function as point person for document management for the bidding process and distribution to subcontractors for pricing

What You Need for this Position

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

Must-have experience:
  • Experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
  • Experience with commercial and industrial general contracting

Nice-to-have experience:
  • Manufacturing
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ground-up construction
  • Remodeling
