Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team representing the Estonian mobility company that provides its service across the Globe. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the food delivery industry.

Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!
As a customer service representative in the mobility department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. In this role, you will:
Work for one of the fastest growing food delivery, mobility, car-sharing start-ups in Europe - providing a variety of services across Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America.
Respond to customer queries related to food delivery services, payments, quality of services in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat;
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.
What we are looking for:
Estonian language proficiency at C1+ level;
Russian and English language proficiency at B2+ level;
Availability to start on June 12th;
Good computer skills;
Availability to attend around 5 night shifts/month;
Multitasking abilities;
Willingness to learn and improve;
Flexibility to adapt to changes.
