Full Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a wide range of professional responsibilities and the highest level of support to the organization’s Principal and Creative Director. This position will be based out of West Los Angeles, CA, assisting Principal & CD with projects and businesses that deal with high end furniture, home accessories, and design.
This role will work with business associates and other professionals as well as third-party contractors to assist in all areas and ensure operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and scheduling of meetings and conference calls; includes preparation and distribution of key meeting documents
  • Maintain documents, records, and reports in a discreet and confidential manner
  • Maintain professional calendar of principal; schedule appointments and meetings, and provide prior notification to principal
  • Communicate with vendors and contractors for all on-going and future projects
  • Assist with showroom related needs, such as stock updates, inventory, data entry, vendor database updates and related administrative tasks.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 10 AM - 6 PM with flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,562.33 - $60,266.70 per year
