Are you a morning person or someone who understands how much some people need a good cup of joe and a delightful pastry to start their day out right? Do you enjoy charming little beach towns where you get to know your customers? Pacific Way Cafe & Marketplace might be a great match!

We are a family business in the endearing northern Oregon beach town of Gearhart, looking to add an experienced barista to our team - someone who is passionate about what they do & have a good time doing it!

This position is full time, a combination of weekday and weekends. We are searching for an experienced barista, who LOVES coffee and values both the quality of the drink served and the visual presentation. If you're passionate about great coffee, this will be the position for you! Position will pay based upon experience and responsibilities and does receive tips.
