Green Leaf Medicals, a Columbia Care Company is looking for a Facilities Custodian.
The Facilities Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly facility.
- Clean all areas throughout the facility.
- Maintain grounds outside of facility.
- Sweep, mop, wax and buff the facility floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment; remove cobwebs; clean desks and counter tops.
- Complete laundry of uniforms, daily.
- Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles.
- Identify and report building maintenance needs.
- Assist in maintaining custodial supply inventory.
- Receive stock, organize and maintain supplies and equipment, as necessary.
- Submit purchase requests as needed.
- Understand and follow all safety protocols, compliance, and SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned.
