Lucky Strike is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee and perform routine building maintenance for Lucky Strike Boston in Fenway.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees building and grounds maintenance of including (HVAC, Light Fixtures, Plumbing, Painting, Snow Removal, Electrical Work, Installation & Repair of Various Amenities).
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel
• Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
• Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
• Manages and reviews service contracts and vendor relations.
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
• Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
• Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
• Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Facility Maintenance experience
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting and HVAC
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
• Ability to push/lift 75 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
