We are leaders in each of our respective service lines, including Vapor Control, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Water Treatment, Vacuum Services, Hydroblasting, Hydroexcavation, and Industrial Logistics & Transportation. We currently have openings for a Field Recruiter located in La Porte, TX .

The Field Recruiter is a valuable member of the HR team and works closely with Operations throughout ENAIS. This job requires an individual who is able to successfully recruit and screen talent, and fill a variety of all levels of field operation positions against aggressive timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen and interview candidates presenting best talent to hiring managers in high volume, fast-paced environment for all Branch locations across the United States.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions at a time.
  • Utilize professional / networking groups in order to attract new talent in creative ways.
  • Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities.
  • Interview and extend job opportunities and see candidates through to the on-boarding process.
  • Continuous improvement and knowledge of current effective staffing and recruiting trends, understand how they align with the company’s business priorities, and develop a business case to push new ideas forward.
  • Participate actively in transfer process that will allow company to keep core field employees actively working, engaged, and loyal.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Ability to source/recruit, screen, interview, and hire top talent into our business
  • Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Human Resources knowledge such as EEO, FLSA, diversity recruiting, interview best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated energy, enthusiasm and initiative
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with field professionals in the industrial cleaning industry preferred.
