Now Hiring a Field Technician in Nashville, TN!

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Field Technician for a Direct Hire Position in Nashville, TN. ASAP!

Candidates will be responsible for traveling with multiple trained techs, helping them become more efficient while learning your trade.

Job duties:

• Clean and perform maintenance on lab equipment.
• Assist in calibrations on lab equipment.
• Assist in recording the work performed.
• Educate customers on the use and theory of operation on a wide variety of laboratory equipment including: Turbidity meters, chorine analyzers, pH meters, oxygen meters, flow meters, incubators, ovens, spectrophotometers, balances, thermometers, and others.
• Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment.
• Basic electronics and electrical knowledge.
• Scientific principles in biology, chemistry, and physics. Systems integration and data collection.
• Troubleshooting and system analysis.
• The use of many types of tools.
• Basic operation of laboratory equipment and good laboratory practices.
• Water industry theory and operations.
• Quality control systems and standards and customer service.

This is a full-time position; you will be working an eight-hour day shift onsite from Monday to Friday. The pay is $20-$23/hr. Be prepared to travel (in a company vehicle) and within a 5-hour radius of Nashville. There will typically be on average 11 nights out of town in a month.
