Financial Administrator
Job description
The Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking a financial administrator. We are looking for an energetic individual who can work with our members in the two-county region to assist them with any financial needs.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for all financial aspects of the Chamber, Foundation, other accounts (10+ company files with multiple bank accounts)
· Preparing monthly & annual financial reports for all accounts
· Accounts payable & receivable
· Budgets
· HR point person for Chamber
This is a part time position with 25 hours, M-F with a rate of $23/hr.
Individual MUST be proficient in QuickBooks (minimum of 5 years’ experience) and Microsoft Office 365. Experience in finance, business management or human resources is required. A valid NYS Driver License and reliable transportation is a must. Resume, cover letter, and three professional references.
