Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the annual budget and quarterly projections for multiple business units/entities.
- Engage in the analysis of financial variances, scrutinizing transactions, and manipulating data sets.
- Manage financial models to monitor and report sales and expenses.
- Perform monthly calculations of sales team commissions.
- Maintain a quarterly bonus reward system.
- Collaborate with staff accountants during the financial close process to ensure proper accruals are accounted for.
- Actively work with the finance and operations team members to enhance the efficiency of the financial planning process, its underlying assumptions, and resultant outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Prior experience in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
