Job Responsibilities:
Update finances with daily transactions
Track and reconcile bank statements
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Requirements and Skills:
Experience as a financial assistant or similar role
Good knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping procedures
Microsoft Excel skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
QuickBooks Online experience needed

Pay: $31,200.00 - $34,320.00 per year
