POSITION SUMMARY :
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Process dealer requests for advances and pay downs.
- Create, maintain and balance inventory spreadsheets
- Maintain secure and well organized inventory files
- Analysis of inventories including verification of title assignments, transfer documents and collateral values
- Arrange third party inspections of inventory as required
- Other projects as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS):
- Experience with: business financial calculations and/or Loan Operations/Administration/dealer floor plans.
- Banking or financial industry experience a plus
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business administration a plus or must have equivalent experience
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, high intensity environment while managing multiple job responsibilities.
- Must be detail oriented with strong analytical abilities, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as good time-management and initiative.
- Experience with advanced Excel functionality is required and Jack Henry Silverlake a plus
