Job Description:

• We are seeking a Regulatory Specialist to join our team and support our business/operations productivity. The ideal candidate will have:
• A working knowledge of FDA food regulations and relevant product design status’ such as GM\BE, Allergens, GRAS, Vegan, Natural, Kosher, Organic, Halal, Nutrition.
• Additional knowledge of flavors, colors, botanicals, and ingredients with international exposure preferred.
• Solid computer skills, as the role involves data research together with database inputs, maintenance, and communication skills.
• A BS in food science, chemistry, or equivalent and 2-3 years of relevant on-the-job experience, which is a distinct advantage.
• As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Communicating with vendors regarding technical regulatory inquiries, documentation needs, and data maintenance and interpretation.
• Ensuring compliance with FDA food regulations and relevant product design status’ such as GM\BE, Allergens, GRAS, Vegan, Natural, Kosher, Organic, Halal, Nutrition.
• Providing additional knowledge of flavors, colors, botanicals, and ingredients with international exposure.
• Performing data research and maintaining accurate database inputs.
• Possessing strong communication skills to effectively communicate regulatory requirements to vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Erlanger, KY 41018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
