Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. About the role

The Front Desk Administrator, internally referred to as Provider Support Specialist, serves as the initial contact for new client intakes and referrals for all locations. They are trained to make educated decisions about placements as well as establish healthy relationships with clients by educating and setting expectations about insurance, authorizations, payments, and individual provider policies. Provider Support Specialists perform an essential function in supporting providers to be matched appropriately with new clients who are seeking mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients from all walks of life
• Identify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage clients
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client data
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of Mountlake Terrace office environment

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferred)
