Front Desk Attendant Wanted!
We are a busy hotel looking for a reliable and friendly front desk attendant to join our team. As a front desk attendant, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and assisting with their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist guests with any requests or questions they may have
- Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of booking information
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation software
