The Woodward Front Desk Sales Associate is both the host and the gatekeeper of the Woodward Bunker. This individual is methodical, friendly, and takes ownership of everything they do.
As an ambassador for the Bunker and our guests, the Front Desk Attendant goes out of their way to support a number of priorities including welcoming guests to the Bunker, providing guidance with an excellent understanding of our products, and engaging with our guests to ensure all participants are properly checked in and ready to roll! With that said, no task is too small as working on Donner Summit means we all pick up a shovel, bump chairs, and pitch in all aspects of resort operations no matter our title or pay grade.

Requirements:

While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as the Woodward Front Desk Sales Associate:

  • Provides excellent guest service and ensures all guests are properly checked in.
  • Ensures all guests receive and complete all proper forms.
  • Understands and communicates Woodward offerings and policies.
  • Maintains desk area to be clear of debris and presentable to our guests.
  • Proactively anticipates the needs of our guests.

  • Has a high level of interpersonal relationship skills, presented with a professional manner and integrity
