Victory Shallotte is seeking a well-groomed, bubbly, quick learner and professional individual to join our Front Desk team. This is an immediate start opening for someone who meets our criteria. Reliability, Flexibility and Adaptability to learning new things are a must.
We’re looking for ambitious, energetic, love-to-multi-task individuals seeking a company that offers long-term growth in a fast-paced busy environment and who are ready and willing to work. Previous automotive receptionist experience is preferred and bi-lingual is a plus.
Must have OPEN availability to work any combination of 25 hours between Monday and Saturday. Availability to work evenings and weekends (Including Saturdays) required. Must have own transportation and total reliability and flexibility. Only those who meet these criteria will be invited for an interview. Responsibilities
- Must be reliable, punctual and dependable. Excessive call outs are a no-no. We run a tight ship!
- Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit. Distribute dealer tags and gas cards to sales consultants.
- Answer incoming phone calls. Direct callers to appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer basic inquiries, take detailed messages and provide basic information to all callers.
- Communicate with callers and customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner,
- Maintain a coffee service area.
- Assist with clerical duties as requested.
- Other duties to be determined by management.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor is required.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) a must.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is always a plus.
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience required
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Basic computer literacy
- Professional appearance and punctuality are a must
- Exceptional organizational talent
- Hospitality experience, bilingual is a plus!
- MUST be able to pass drug screen and background check
