Front Desk Receptionist

We have raised the bar on telecommunications, and we are looking for a professional Receptionist with outstanding customer service skills to join our Team!
Responsibilities:
- General clerical duties.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answering and routing phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in ordering and stocking supplies.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one-year experience in an administrative position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment.
- Self-confidence, excellent communication and people skills.
