EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Front-end Engineer who will be part of a remote team that works on commercial, state, and federal projects. As a Front-end Engineer, you will help drive continuous improvement to our platform, by adding new features and building new products. The successful candidate is a forward thinker and self-starter who thrives on working in a fast-paced remote environment. We are looking for a candidate that can take complex problems and disintegrate them down into manageable tasks. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for implementing / Testing new features
• Build new Desktop/Mobile applications
• Understand our platform and help maintain our existing applications
• Participate in stakeholder demos
• Own your code from inception to deployment
• Help debug/understand customer issues
• This role will involve working with UI/UX designers and stakeholders to ensure features are developed to the highest standards.

DESIRED SKILLS

• React & JS/Typescript (with 4+ years 'experience) building user facing applications
• Ability to work from both loose verbal requirement or from concrete Figma UI design
• Build re-usable/testable component
• Unit Test, Jest
• Mobile development experience (iOS/Android)
• Monitor UI Production exceptions
• Code repository best practices; Git, GitHub

PROFICIENCIES

• Solid experience with CSS/SCSS, Styled-components, etc.
• Design tools like Figma or equivalent
• React state management, Redux, NextJS, ag-grid
• Good understanding of Webservices
• Code repository best practices; Git, GitHub, “Git Flow” or other workflows

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years professional experience in Software Engineering

SALARY

• $98,500 - $127,400/Annually, depending on experience and location.
