The Hissong Ready-Mix and Aggregate, LLC. is a small family runned business specalizing in concrete and aggregate industry. Our office is based out of Kennebunk with two plants in Eliot and Lyman Maine. We are looking for an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a front end loader out of our sand pit in Limington to screen sand and load trucks. The Loader Operator must be able to follow instructions and safety protocols, and must have a strong understanding of the equipment and its capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery and MSHA protocol.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations.
- Inspect and maintain heavy equipment.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment.
- Communicate with other operators and personnel to coordinate work activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
