The Inner You is looking for reliable Office Coordinators for locations in Warwick, Cranston, Johnston, Cumberland, and Glocester. Will be required to travel between all Rhode Island Inner You office locations

Office Coordinators oversee the administrative duties of the office. Office Coordinators must ensure that all procedures are closely followed so the clinical team can concentrate on the well-being of the patients. Office Coordinators must interact professionally with administration and clinical personnel.

Both full-time and part time positions are available.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Full Time Position Benefits: health & dental insurance, retirement, and paid time off (including major holidays)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Verify client demographics and edit as necessary
  • Take clear and concise phone messages
  • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and in person
  • Collect co-pays, deductibles and inquire on previous balances
  • Maintain electronic patient records including distribution, scanning, faxing, and filling of documents, letters and other confidential material
  • Create and mail new patient packets
  • Maintain inventory and submit supply order to administration
  • Always keep office including restrooms clean and tidy
  • New patient process including adding new patients, insurance verification & scheduling intake assessments
  • Crosstrain to perform administration office duties when needed
  • Any other duties relating to the business operation of the practice that may be assigned by the administration manager, clinical directors, or owners

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Previous office experience preferred with some managerial background
  • Customer Services skills/experience
  • Ability to comprehend established office routines and policies
  • Understand HIPAA and privacy practices
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
